Really I will go back again and again, the staff so good and funny so it's the best in this place.
With all due respect, I'd like to write this review. But I'd like to complain about one of the hairdressers who cut my hair yesterday. I asked for a mullet and specifically requested that he not cut anything from the front or back. My hair is very curly and thin, and it looks much shorter than it is. He started cutting, and during the cut, when I saw him cutting the front and back, I insisted several times (I repeat, several times) that he stop, that it was fine as it was. He said it was to even it out, to trim the ends... but he continued for quite a while even though I had only asked him to please trim the sides to create the mullet, and that was it. When I got home, I realized that my hair ended up super short, especially in the back... I'd been growing my hair long and curly for almost a year, and now it's gone... I'm sad and disappointed. I want to emphasize that the service was excellent and the manager, Darío, is always super friendly and very professional, and I've had a haircut with him before.
It's the best hair salon in Madrid and the surrounding area. Casto, a retired legend, is now at the helm, along with Darío and a fantastic team like Roberto, who is known for his professionalism and helpfulness. It's an old-school barbershop where everyone talks about everything. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
